Patricia Petit Liang, MA.

Patricia leads the live components of Coveo’s Commercial onboarding program, bridging technical understanding, storytelling and sales execution. She develops virtual learning sessions, powerful pitch decks and interactive exercises that help new hires ramp up quickly, connect strategy to action and collaborate effectively across teams.

Patricia brought a unique blend of creative and technical expertise to product marketing: identifying new opportunities in the market, enabling sales teams and nurturing adoption across strategic accounts. With a proven track record of high-performing product launches and campaigns, she delivered engaging content—ads, blogs, ebooks, webinars, product sheets and more — fueling awareness, gaining new logos and sharing customer stories (Comcast, Forcepoint, Vanguard).

As Lead Teaching Assistant in Concordia’s Communication Studies department, Patricia standardized the Intermedia curriculum and trained instructors. She mentored artists towards careers in Animation, Design, Film and Programming or further studies at institutions like Gobelins Paris. She also served as a student representative, organized conferences, conducted research and graduated at the top of her class and university.

At CJLO 1690AM, Patricia produced newscasts and interviews for +40,000 listeners, managing news coverage and training journalists now working at CTV News and CityNews. As the station’s Just For Laughs correspondent, she interviewed Tom Green, Lily Singh, Loyiso Gola and Judah Friedlander. With over a decade of radio experience, she recorded hundreds of ads, broadcasts and radio shows — some of which you may still hear today!

Outside of work, Patricia channels her creativity into writing, graphic design and caring for her extensive collection of houseplants — don't be surprised if they make an appearance during her calls! 🍃
